In honor of Barbie’s 50th Birthday, Mattel created the Barbie Collector Generations of Dreams Doll
($50). The decadent ball gown features a patchwork of Barbie illustrations and logos throughout the years. I have a box of collector’s edition Barbies buried somewhere in my parent’s garage from when I was a child. I’d love to add this one to the mix. If only I was still awarded a trip to Toys “R” Us for being a good little girl.
